  34. !ModeHist provides a 'mode history'. Its features:
  35.  
  36. * Shows the 12 most recently used screenmodes in a window; you can switch
  37.   to one of these modes with a single mouse click.
  38. * The window is opened after a click with Adjust on the icon of the
  39.   Display Manager (or, if you don't have a RiscPC, the Palette Utility). This
  40.   makes !ModeHist look like an integral part of the rest of the mode control.
  41. * A Shift-Adjust click on the Display Manager icon switches to the previous
  42.   screenmode.  
  43. * The history can be saved in a file. The file is read the next time !ModeHist
  44.   starts up, so you can have a list of your preferred sceenmodes.
